My favorite moment is anytime I get To have a Harry Potter marathon with my family. Such a special time and it goes way too fast for me.

My favorite Harry Potter moment this year was seeing a photo of my 11 year old cousin dressed up as Ginny Weasley for Halloween. Turns out she read all the books is summer and is now a huge fan. I love seeing a new generation of Harry Potter lovers emerge, and I can't wait to see her over the holidays to give her the "Hogwarts Classics" book set.

My favorite Harry Potter moment was watching the whole series as a family.

Harry Potter is my all-time favorite book and movie series. I am currently re-reading the books since I received the kindle editions for my birthday. My favorite Harry Potter moment this year was my fourth wedding anniversary. My husband gifted me with butterbeer and planned for us to watch the first movie (kicking off a two month Harry Potter marathon, watching one movie a week) while I wore my Harry Potter shirt. He's also going to pay for me to get "always" tattooed on my wrist ❤ he supports my Harry Potter obsession!

Through a year filled with struggles and hardships, the wizarding world of Harry Potter was there for me to lose myself in. I reread the original series and when The Cursed Child came out, I was eager to read it. I went to the store, bought the book and drove about 40 minutes up to the local reservoir. I found a nice quiet spot where I could sit in the sun and enjoy getting lost in a whole new Harry potter adventure. I loved it so much! And the Fantastic Beasts movie was amazing too. I've really been wanting to pick up the picture books. I think my daughter would love them. And it would be such a great way to introduce her to Harry and the gang.

My magical HP moment was when my neice asked if she could start reading my books I have been In love with HP from the Frist book can't wait to read the cursed child and fantastic beasts

My favorite Harry Potter moment of the year was when I walked onto the cobblestone streets of Diagon Alley, in Orlando Florida's Wizarding World Of Harry Potter. It was beyond magical! I had just found out that I was pregnant with my first child so my husband took me to celebrate. Walking into Ollivanders to get a wand, buying my robes from Madam Malkin's, and of course being pranked in Weasley's Wizard Wheezes' I really felt like Harry Potter would walk in one of the shops at anytime. The staff took their roles very seriously so it added to the magic and was so much fun. One of my favorite parts was the food, oh the food was wonderful! From the Leaky Cauldron having "authentic cuisine" and the atmosphere I once again found myself lost in the Harry Potter world, oh! And the butter beer! I think I drank my weight in butter beer! We spent two days there and it was amazing to lose yourself in the magic and wonder. Harry Potter has always been a huge part of my life and I'm so glad that we were able to experience what it was like to be a wizard those two days!

My favorite Harry Potter moment of 2016 probably has to be the release of Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them. My favorite part of the wizarding world has always been magizoology. I love learning about the creatures that inhabit the magical world, so to finally have something that shows more of them has made me so incredibly happy.

My favorite 2016 Harry Potter moment has been watching my daughter's love & obession for Harry Potter! She loves to re read the books & watch the movies over & over!

My favorite memory from this year was my nephew being born. My oldest sister already has a son, but in October, my other sister gave birth to her first child, my nephew. Carter is an amazing kid who I can't wait to see grow up and help him learn all about the world of magic that books can offer him.

My favorite Harry Potter moment was going to the Harry Potter Land at Universal Studios Hollywood on a chilly winter day, all dressed up in my house sweater and hufflepuff gear. I went with my friends who dressed in their ravenclaw and syltherin outfits (missing a gryffindor in our group). We explored all of hogsmede and had lunch at the three broomsticks. I was able to enjoy hot butterbeer, which was the most delicious thing I have ever tasted. It was pleasant to carry around and sip on a warm beverage while it was cold out, enjoying the rich butterscotch flavor. There was something magical in the air that day, with the Christmas spirit filled throughout the park and enjoying the world of Harry Potter in real life and bringing my favorite books to life. We ended the night by purchasing so many goodies from Honeydukes and went home with the most happiest memories treasured in our hearts and minds. Being able to walk through Harry Potter with my friends and enjoying the favorite bits of our favorite book only brings us closer together.

My favorite moment...the day harry, ron and hermoine became friends...you'll know at that moment that their friendship will last a lifetime

My favorite moment was when my friends and I had a Harry Potter movies marathon during finals week. I'm an international student going to college in America, so those few days really made me feel like I was home.

I enjoyed sharing the Illustrated second book with my son. It has been great to relive the magic with him!

The Harry Potter moments are endless! From visiting Wizarding World in Orlando and Hollywood to feel so emmersed in the Harry Potter universe to just sitting at home, reading aboud the illustrated Harry Potter and the Sorcerers Stone! I also absolutely love just sitting at the Three Broomsticks in my Hufflepuff robe enjoying a cup of delicious butter beer with my significant other:) Not a day goes by without a Harry Potter moment in my life, you can ask anyone who knows me haha! I watch the movies all of the time and am currently rereading the books :) the Harry Potter books tell such an amazing story and teach so many great things! ❤️

Attending the Harry Potter and the Cursed Child midnight release was my favorite Harry Potter moment of the year. I was able to attend the release in Hogwarts Square (aka Harvard Square) with my two best friends who are also huge Potterheads! We celebrated wearing some Harry Potter fandom shirts and also got butter beers from Starbucks! It was fantastic to be able to count down until midnight during the release at one of my favorite indie book stores!

My favorite moment this year is whenough my daughter and I saw the previews for Fantastic Beasts and seeing her so excited to see it. The moment I realized I share a love for Harry Potter with my kids!

My favorite Harry Potter moment of 2016 was purchasing the illustrated version of The Sorcerer's Stone for one of my best friend's baby shower gift in May 2016. I plan to buy them for her every year on her birthday. :-)

My favorite Harry Potter moment of 2016 was taking my kids to see The Prisoner of Azkaban at the movie theater during a special showing. They were do excited to see one of the movies on the big screen!

My favorite Harry Potter moment of 2016 was the release of Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them! Even though we have Pottermore, it was so wonderful to be able to see the wizarding world come back in such a big way and this time in America! I can't wait to see how the HP universe keeps growing and growing!

My favorite magical moment was when Harry Potter and the cursed child came out. 8 spent $50 to buy the book and a ticket to a midnight release party at a local bookstore. They sold Harry Potter themed snacks and adult drinks. They had trivia competitions and games and everything was so decorated and it was so magical!! I almost cried I was so happy. It reminded me of when I was younger waiting in line at midnight for the newest movie or the newest book that had come out. I made some new friends and talked to so many people who shared their love for Harry Potter. It was probably one of the happiest nights I had all year! I've read the book three times. Love this Harry Potter universe so much :)

My favourite Harry Potter Moment this year was reading aloud Harry Potter and the Cursed Child with my 13 and 18 year old as we reminisced about having done the same with each of the previous novels. My children shared their childhoods with Harry, Hermione and Ron.

My favorite HP moment was being able to experience a new HP movie. It brought back all of the feelings and emotions of when I first started the series. It reminded me there is still magic left in the world.

My favorite Harry Potter moment of 2016 was absolutely getting to watch Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them in theaters opening weekend. It transported me right back to when I saw the 8th and final Harry Potter movie in theaters in 2011 and it was like no time had passed and nothing had changed. All the magic of Harry Potter surrounded me once again and I felt like I was home.

My favorite Harry Potter moment of the year was going to Platform 9 3/4 in London. I went on a trip with classmates, a high school choir, and a few members of a church by my college. Leading up to the trip I watched all of the Harry Potter films (except Order of the Phoenix since Freeform doesn't air that one) I recorded them all during the marathon for Harry's birthday and then watched them all leading up to when I left the following week. One of the things I HAD to see in London was Platform 9 3/4 and go to the shop. It was a very magical experience and one of the employees there made sure that my friends and I had group photos of all of us taken in scarfs. I bought one of the pictures of all of us and that it one of my all time favorite photos.

My favorite Harry Potter moment would have to be walking by my 6 year old daughter's room and hearing, "it's leviOsa not leviosA" and seeing how entrances she was. Can't wait til she can read the books!

My favorite Happy Potter moment of 2016 was taking a painting class on July 31. We painted a picture of hogwarts and the quidditch field.

I have so many favorite moments. I have loved all of the movies from day one. But the most recent....was getting goosebumps from head to toe when the Harry Potter music began at the beginning of fantastic beasts...which by the way was FANTASTIC... :)

My favorite moment was getting to see fantastic beasts! It brought me back to when I was younger and seeing all the Harry Potter movies!

My favorite Harry Potter moment is twofold. The first is sharing in the excitement and wonder of my middle child as he began to read The Harry Potter series this year and watching as his love of reading continues to bloom. The other is reading the series to my youngest son, who is 3He requested it because he wanted to share in his older brother's excitment and it has become his favorite part of the day as we tuck him in at night. He cries, "Read to me daddy! I want Hawee Potter!"

My favorite Harry Potter moment of 2016 was reading about McGonagall's life. It was amazing to learn that she loved Harry in a way that a grandparent would. Then to read about her in Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, it topped my awe for just how amazing Professor/Headmistress Minerva McGonagall really is.

My favorite Harry Potter moment of the year was taking my daughter to the bookstore for the midnight release party for the Cursed Child. She is very shy, but was right at home in that crowded store and was so excited, she participated in all of the activities! It's funny how often her HP shirts or earrings will spark a conversation when we are out and about! It has become a real conversation starter for her!

Reading the Cursed Child and feeling the magic of Potter again was truly like staring into the Mirror of Erised. It was fantastic!

Oh, to only pick one! Haha! I've had the lucky chance to visit harry potter wizard world for a day and experience food from the three broomsticks and the leaky cauldron. A wizard helped me pick out my wand and I ate a jelly bean that tasted like earth worm. But my Harry Potter moment that I will always remember is sitting in the theater pre-opening night for fantastic beasts knowing a whole new site is opening for the HP universe. I purposely didn't watch Deathly Hallows in the theaters and then waited five months after it came to dvd to finally watch it. I didn't want the story to end, but now I can expect more and am so excited to see what else it will bring. Hopefully these movies with grow a new generation of HP kids to! ;)

My favorite Harry Potter moment was when I purchased the illustrated version of Harry Potter and The Chamber of Secrets. I enjoy the books and films so much, and I am excited to start reading them with my 7 year old son. My hope is that he will love reading as much as I do!

My favorite moment was planning my granddaughter's Harry Potter birthday party. She's 9 and we had everything from envelopes flying in the air, the brick entryway, Quidditch pong, chocolate frogs, a sorting hat, butterbeer, etc etc.

I read the Harry Potter series for the first time this year. It was brilliant! I completely understand why everyone else has fallen in love with these characters. There were so many nights when I didn't get much sleep because I just had to read "one more page." It was a fun coincidence that I finished on Halloween. I can't wait to share the magic with my children!

My favorite moment was getting to read and watch a new release of more magic into the Harry Potter world. I got interested in Harry Potter late and missed the anticipation of any of the original books or movies being released for the first time. To finally be a part of a new book release and a new movie was so much fun!

When Harry tricked Lucius Malfoy by presenting him with Tom Riddle's Diary, shoved inside his sock. Dobby was freed!

My husband loves Harry Potter, so watching it with him is what we do best. I'm excited to read the illustrated series! That will be next year's greatest memories!

My favorite Harry Potter moment of 2016 was reading Cursed Child. I re-read the original seven books again before reading it. It was great to reconnect with Harry, Ron and Hermione and get a glimpse into their lives again after leaving them at the end of Deathly Hallows. It was like catching up with old friends and it was wonderful!

Every night I read a few pages of Harry Potter to my 4 month old and my husband to put them to sleep. I love it so much and I'm so happy that I'll get to share the magic of Harry Potter with my son. He'll grow up knowing all the stories and hopefully it'll be one of his favorites just like it was mine.
