Practice Mindfulness with Stillwater

Tuesday, March 16th is National Panda Day and we’re celebrating our favorite panda of all: Stillwater!

In Stillwater, a new animated series on Apple TV+ based on Jon J Muth’s award-winning Zen books, siblings Karl, Addy and Michael have a very special next-door neighbor: a wise panda named Stillwater. His friendship and stories give them new perspectives on the world, themselves, and each other. 

Stillwater, who lives a zen life, teaches Karl, Addy, and Michael how to pay attention to their feelings, mind, and body, with deep breathing and meditation practices. 

Stillwater inspires us daily with his lessons on staying in the moment, practicing awareness, and being mindful. As we approach a year living in a pandemic and practicing social distancing, we can live by the example of the wise panda. He reminds us to try our best in every area of our lives and make time for self-care, which includes moving our bodies! 

One of our favorite activities? Yoga! With the help of Stillwater, Michael, Addy, and Karl, you can practice too!
