Kid Reporter Update: Saving sea turtles, NASCAR, Little Helpers in Memphis, and more!

Kid Reporters in Scholastic Kids Press have checked in from across the country and around the world to report “news for kids, by kids.” Focused on the issues that matters most to young people, our Scholastic Kid Reporters have visited cultural institutions, community organizations, and interviewed authors, artists, local leaders, and kids themselves!

This past month, Kid Reporters sat down with Captain Underpants and Dog Man creator Dav Pilkey, Judy Moody creators Megan McDonald and Peter Reynolds, and actor and writer Chris Colfer to discuss their latest books. They also share how the Marine Environmental Education Center in Florida protects sea turtles, announce some of NASCAR’s new and youngest drivers, and spotlight kids in Memphis who are volunteering in their community.
