This weekend, some of those books come to life at The Scholastic Store - namely the new 'El Chavo' books!
The Scholastic Store will celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month with a free event featuring picture books with animated art from the iconic television show, “El Chavo,” which airs on Univision.These new books are all bilingual, making them a great way for older generations, who know the live action show, to read together with younger viewers of the animated series.
Kids and families can watch two episodes (one in Spanish and one in English) of the animated version of the TV sitcom and meet and take photos with “El Chavo.”
