Attention all caring adults: July is “National Make a Difference to Children Month”

There is no doubt that engaging families in the education of their children can be an effective practice for boosting student achievement and school success. As research has shown, young people who participated in mentoring programs or have had positive role models in their life were more likely to pursue higher education than those who did not participate.

In honor of “National Make a Difference to Children Month” we wanted to share some tips and resources that any caring adult can use with a child, not just in the month of July, but all year round!
