Last month we hosted the Say Something Sweepstakesto celebrate the fact that every child’s voice is important — the message at the heart of Say Something by Peter H. Reynolds. We invited schools to submit a photo or video of how their students “say something” for a chance to win a school visit from Peter H. Reynolds, where he would paint a mural with the students!
We were overwhelmed by the powerful, strong, and beautiful voices of students and teachers across the country who clearly took Peter’s message to heart.
Below, see some of our very favorite entries, and thank you again to everyone who participated and SAID SOMETHING!
Even though the sweepstakes is over, we would still love to see photos or videos of the ways that your students are using Say Something in the classroom. Just include the hashtag #SaySomething on social media, and be sure to tag @scholastic on Twitter and @scholasticinc on Instagram!
