Time is running out to submit an application for the 2014-2015 Scholastic News Kids Press Corps!
If you know an aspiring young journalist ages 10-14, encourage them to apply now! The Scholastic News Kids Press Corps is a group of talented student journalists across the country who report on "news for kids, by kids." They report on everything from breaking news and politics to entertainment and books. Their stories appear online and in Scholastic classroom magazines, like Scholastic News and Junior Scholastic. The Kid Reporters have interviewed newsmakers like director Steven Spielberg, authors Jeff Kinney and Dav Pilkey, and even President Barack Obama.
