Scholastic employees get in the Halloween spirit

We know that Scholastic employees are an enthusiastic and committed bunch. When it comes to holidays, Halloween is no exception. Keeping the tradition strong, employees worldwide go all out with their literary costumes. (Case in point: the folks at Scholastic Singapore, who rocked everything from a Book Fairy costume (love the pun!) to a "Get Carried Away with Reading" tote bag.)

Here in New York, the Trade division held its annual Halloween costume contest with author R.L. Stine as the judge. Some of our favorites were the team that went as Goosebumps, a set of twins (both of whom work here!) who went as Fred and George Weasley, and the folks who dressed up as the characters from Giraffes Can't Dance.

Are you going as a literary character for Halloween? How about your kids? Be sure to share your literary costumes on Twitter and tag @Scholastic. Have a Happy Halloween!
