In Our Feeds: May the 4th, Quidditch-playing skydivers, and lemonade

Every Friday, we share a handful of links that we found funny, provocative or just plain cool. We call it In Our Feeds. Have a great weekend!

Star Wars Day was this past Wednesday. (May the 4th ... be with you ... get it?) One of my favorite things that popped up on the web in celebration was a video of this dad who thought he could scare his son by waking him up in a full Darth Vader costume. Unbeknownst to him, his little guy is way braver than he expected!

Reese Witherspoon's love of reading is pretty well known. And this week, she invited newly-selected New England Patriot Malcolm Mitchell to her book club! To improve his reading level, Malcolm joined a book group in college, and is now a children's book author. After she invited him, Malcolm and Reese then went on to tweet book recommendations back and forth to each other!

Galley Cat has a great infographic featuring popular authors & their pseudonyms; did you know George Orwell's real name was Eric Arthur Blair?

Will giving more students access to smartphones improve learning? This article weighs the pros & cons.

A few of us OOMers (*cough*Julia*cough*) have been obsessed with Beyoncé's Lemonade since it dropped a few weeks ago. So if you love books, AND you love Beyoncé, then we've got the article for you: Lemonade is Made for Readers.

Speaking of Beyoncé, the internet wants to know: who is this man reading a book at one of her recent Formation Tour concerts? (That must have been a really good book.) (Also, props to all the dads who take their kids to see the hot boy or girlband/singer of the moment.)

Libraries are the original "sharing economy," according to this article on the Huffington Post.

There's was so much great Harry Potter stuff on the web this week, I think it deserves it's own section:

The BuzzFeed team tried to re-create some of the delicious treats from the Harry Potter series. See how they turned out!

Now this is incredible: a bunch of people played Quidditch while skydiving! (Doesn't look like anyone caught the Golden Snitch though.)

This beautiful Harry Potter-themed wedding makes me want to walk down the aisle all over again.

Until next week!
