What happens when a bunny comes to a bookstore? A great event!
This weekend, we welcomed Robert Beck and Désirée Rabbit to The Scholastic Store for a celebration of the new book A Bunny in the Ballet!
Robert shared the story of Désirée Rabbit and her love of the ballet. Désirée, for her part, sat quietly in the spotlight munching on parsley (but one can tell that she was secretly ready to jump up at any second and do the grandest grande jeté ever done in a bookstore by a bunny!)
After the reading, both author and star visited with fans while pint sized ballerinas practiced their own skills with members of the store team.
