We can probably each come up with a dozen reasons to read -- right? It's fun, it's free, it's an adventure in my pocket any time I need one. It connects me with history, with people, with the future; it teaches me. It amuses me. And so on.
The Scholastic Reading Club team is on a mission, though: they're creating a #100ReasonstoRead list, curating all the great submissions readers are sharing on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, their blog, and Tumblr. Here are some of my favorites:
- Reading: all of the excitement, none of the risks
