You’ve seen Storia’s posts on OOM before, and now we’re happy to announce the Storia Enrichment Sweepstakes!

Enrichments make Storia eBooks unique because they involve readers in the story through fun games, puzzles, and mini-quizzes. In the Storia Enrichment Sweepstakes, you can test your knowledge of topics and book plots by answering the enrichment of the day. Correct responses will be entered to win a $10 Visa gift card!

How to Enter:

1. Follow us on Twitter (@Storia_eBooks).

2. Tag us with the answer to the enrichment of the day (and use the hashtag #StoriaGiveaway).

Every day from March 4–March 10 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time, Storia will be tweeting from @Storia_eBooks  about the enrichment of the day. All you have to do is follow Storia, and then reply to the enrichment tweet of the day with #StoriaGiveaway and your answer to the enrichment. If you answer correctly by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, you have been entered to win! Winners will be notified the next day by direct message, so look out for a message the day after you submit your answer.

If you don’t know about Storia yet, it’s the free, teacher-recommended ereading app from Scholastic. Storia eBooks are much more than just digital pages on a screen. They include many wonderful features to enhance each book. The dictionary and Read-to-Me functions help kids read books that they might otherwise struggle with. Enrichments excite readers, encouraging them to read so they can do fun activities that involve them in the story. The highlighting and note-taking functions turn Storia into an important tool for writing book reports. Reading Challenges encourage readers to pay close attention to the text in order to successfully complete quizzes. And for teachers and parents, Storia records all of this activity so you know how well your child or student is progressing!
