Let’s start the weekend with an inspirational story Alex found: Mary Gannon, a teacher at Harding Middle School teaches kids they can do anything they want to do. She was born without arms and learned to overcome he struggles to achieve her dream of teaching.
Did you know J.R.R. Tolkien wrote AND illustrated The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings? He drew the maps as well as pictures that appear in some editions of the book. Take a look at this link Dante found and see 9 other authors who illustrated their own work.
