BREAKING ‘CLUES’ NEWS: We welcome back a very special guest blogger, bestselling author Peter Lerangis, who is here to share some very exciting news for fans of The 39 Clues series:
The winter may be in full swing, but The 39 Clues: Cahills vs. Vespers is heating up! If you thought Gordon Korman’s The Medusa Plot was nail-biting and Jude Watson’s A King’s Ransom was spine-tingling, then hang on to your heart and soul, because The Dead of Night drops on March 6, and the Cahills will never be the same. How excited am I to be the author of the third book? Well, ask me in person!
Yup, I’m coming to a city near you.
Not only is March 6 the drop date for The Dead of Night, but it’s also wheels-up on my coast-to-coast tour of the United States. From March 6 through early May, I’ll be hitting no fewer than fifteen states. The schedule is NOT final yet — so keep checking the link below for updates! Here’s what we have so far. It includes all public events. (I will also be visiting area schools during each day.)

Meanwhile, here’s an excerpt from The Dead of Night — http://bit.ly/AnRnlG.
If you’re new to The 39 Clues, don’t worry. Yes, the original series set the standard for suspense, action, historical sweep, and worldwide travel. Yes, it pushed the envelope with its multi-author concept and ground-breaking online game, allowing readers to jump into the Clue hunt themselves. But Cahills vs. Vespers stands alone as a worldwide adventure for new readers — and its online missions on www.the39clues.com are so cool they make my jaw drop.
So I invite you all to follow me on tour on The 39 Clues Message Board (www.the39clues.com/messageboard). I will be posting photos, videos, and answering some questions.
Over and out for now. Hope to see you in the spring!
