We’ve got BIG Hunger Games news today!

Remember when we announced the movie tie-in program, with three tie-in titles being released in February 2012, and another in March 2012? (If you don’t recall that exciting news, click here to read about it. We’ll wait.)

Well, today, we have…drumroll please…the covers of the first three upcoming books!

May we present:

The Hunger Games: Movie Tie-in Edition

The Hunger Games Tribute Guide

The Hunger Games Official Illustrated Movie Companion

Viewed in tandem with the movie trailer and The Hunger Games Collector’s Edition, we think they’re gorgeous and fit right in!

I’d like the tribute guide more if it were symmetrical. Cato’s face should be facing the same way as Katniss’.

They’re not bad, but the last one is kind of tacky. I don’t like it.

Love the first one, its original and beautiful. Like the second one too but Cato should be facing his partner not looking away from her. The third one is too Twilight-ish and it would feel like they copied the idea although its used over and over again.

I agree that the illustrated movie companion cover isn’t that great…but the other two are pretty awesome. I’m way excited to see the movie. It’s going to rock!

1st of all i luv peeta…oviously
i agree with the rest the first 2 are awesome but the last one looks 2 much like twilight
i should know since before i was into the hunger games i was gaga (all into) it
the hunger games is unique and no its not GOING TO BE the new twilight cause the hunger games is going 2 LEAVE ITS OWN MARK!! so having a cover that is similar isnt good

Like everyone else is saying, the last one (illustrated movie companion?) looks kind of tacky…bad green screen. Other than that they’re great!

Katniss facing the opposite direction is sort of symbolic, no? It’s not about symmetry.
